Upon my discharge from a skilled nursing facility, I needed help with making meals, cleaning house, washing clothes and getting to doctor appointments while I was recuperating . Brianna and Sara were great helping me set up my schedule for my caregivers. The schedules are built around my needs, not a one size fits all. My care givers, Brittany and Haley, are efficient and pleasant to work with. They were never late, got me where I needed to be on time, and were very conscientious, and efficient. They helped me with house cleaning, laundry, and making meals some meals. They were solicitous when they got me my walker out of the car and making sure that I was able to navigate where I needed to be. And these ladies really helped me get back on track. Being very independent, I wasn’t sure how everything would turn out. But I am very impressed with the level of care and assistance I received. All four of the aforementioned ladies went above and beyond what I expected. Should I need caregivers in the future, I will not hesitate in contacting Touching Hearts at Home for my needs and personalized service.

I was super excited to work for this company as a part-time position on my way to orientation I use the GPS which led me to a wrong location. I called the receptionist and she was so rude. Her tone was so rude where I completely changed my mind, I advised her she is the face of the company and if this is how she talks to people then I am not interested in working for this company because if they are OK with you talking like that I can only imagine how the rest of the crew is and I’d rather go everywhere with the company that shows respect to others.

I work full time remotely, while also taking care of my mom. I got to the point where my mom (late stage Alzheimer's) needed too much hands-on help for just one person to handle. Lifting, toileting, and getting her out of bed became impossible on my own. My family had zero experience with outside help and we had no idea what to expect. Ireesha has been such a blessing. She assists me two mornings each week. She's a beautiful person with a loving heart. My mom was instantly comfortable with her. Once we get mom dressed for the day, I now have some time to leave the house for respite, exercise, or errands. My family appreciates her so much and she's is a vital ingredient in my mom's quality of life.

My dad has Alzheimer’s, and has had a care giver come spend time with him 3 days a week for the last year. We absolutely love the two nurses that come take care of him. I would highly recommended them to anyone that wants their loved one taken care of, and cared for.

I needed someone to drive me to and from cataract surgery and to stay with me at home for part of two days. I thought I'd feel uncomfortable with a stranger in my home for that long a time, because I live alone and I'm not used to having company, but Ashley was fantastic. We talked about books and she watched old Perry Mason videos with me and brought me homemade beef stew and banana bread and chocolate chip cookies, and when she left on the third day I was sorry to see her go.
