They have you waiting and they don't show up and I need my medication I don't feel good I want to hurt myself. And if that ever happens my family will sue them and have them shut down for being poor service. And When you have to go to your appointments to go see your therapist or other appointments you have to cancel them and make new appointments.

They need more staff because care is a joke. I have become so irritated with that company there's no communication and I mean with the patient to nurse communication there's an issue always whether you're not fully medicated and they got to come back and do it right or medication hasn't been ordered in a while now I'm just frustrated I can do my own medication myself and not have any of those aspects to worry about

Staff is stretched too thin and it shows in the overall patient care. I've been with Total Care for several years and I have out lasted many nurses! My most recent nurse left due to unreasonable administrative demands. So as a patient, I'm now left with having to deal with different staff members until they assign a new nurse. Very frustrating from a patient point of view. I think it's time to find a new service provider!
