I tried a few different agencies to care for my father and had disappointing experiences with each of them. A friend of mine told me about Total Special Care and how pleased she was with them when they took care of her mom. I called them 5 months ago to start services with Dad, and we are both very happy that I did. They are always on time, friendly, compassionate, and my dad is very comfortable with all of them. They don't mind making him a fresh meal every now and then. They are also friendly with his little chihuahua and have come to understand that he's going to bark for a few minutes when they first arrive. Once he realizes who they are, they pet him and play with him between caring for dad. We recommend them to all of his friends and neighbors who are looking for someone to help them at home.
