I cannot express enough the genuine care and concern bestowed upon my beloved during this difficult time as my second mom transitioned to eternal life. This home came so highly recommended that we chose this beautiful home despite our loved one not requiring memory care per se. Every single employee, every single time, always showed patience, kindness and understanding despite the grievances my loved one presented due to their rapid decline in health. Towards the end of her life, my loved one was very demanding and at times, extremely anxious and rude at no fault to herself. They reacted warmly, calmly, politely and professionally. They customized meals and times just for her. They truly cared for her. The greatest gift was that I knew she was safe 24/7 when I couldn’t be with her. This peace of mind is so precious as the family goes through the process of losing someone they love.<br><br>It truly felt like a home, not a sterile institution with employees. They also have a house dog named Simba who the residents love.<br><br>Call Moe, the owner and tell him I sent you. I will be forever in gratitude for transitioning her with such grace and dignity.
