A wonderful team of caring professionals in a small, home-like setting. The staff truly cares for and loves their residents, creating a place that feels both safe and welcoming. The nurses are attentive and compassionate, ensuring residents receive excellent care.

Im a nurse at Brigham and women’s hospital & wish I could give this place less than 0 stars. Would never recommend this place to anyone. My grandmother was admitted after a fall and had an unstable cervical spine fracture. She had an unstable C2-C3 fracture and a herniated disk. Per her neuro surgeons recommendation, she needed a hard cervical collar on at all times to prevent further injury/death. Not only did they place her in the furthest room from the nurses station, she also was found down on the ground and they just got her back to bed. She is on blood thinners and was on the ground for lord knows how long. Didn’t feel the need to call 911 or work it up more. We insisted they call 911 and bring her to Brigham. Turns out she has a new brain bleed. Plus the parakeets on the floor is so unhygienic. This is a medical facility, why are you bringing dirty birds into the mix?!? One of the nurses gave us a hard time about bringing her to the hospital for a CT scan. Happy we did. They can handle stable patients, but anyone even the tiniest bit medically complex is not safe to have there. Look at this collar that they applied, you don’t have to be in healthcare to know it’s on incorrectly.

Mom moved to Timothy Daniels House when I was no longer able to meet her care needs. The staff was compassionate and helpful. The residents were welcoming and content. I would recommend this nursing home for end of life care.

The blue skunk of the east constantly harms me when I look at this building. The cheesecake-colored hamster yelled at me through the window "I DON'T WANT COLORED FOLK ON MY LAWN." I will never understand why this bigoted hamster decides to harass me and my family. The rubber toothpick did not satiate my appetite, nor did the tablecloth, which admittedly had a decadent flavor. Overall, this place smells like slug...

This nursing home has to be one of the worst in MetroWest. The on-hands staff is either on their personal cell phones or "too busy," the administrative staff DO NOT return phone calls or respond via email, and the price for private pay is NOT worth the value. This was NOT our family's choice of care facilities; even the ombudsman will not return phone calls after repeated messages. Be ready for poor care and unseemingly FOR PROFIT "care" facility.
