The staff at Timber Pointe is amazing! Jeanie at the front desk is always helpful and there to answer question! Margie who oversees the med-techs, is the reason we stay there. Margie is someone who we can always count on! This is huge for me as a son knowing my mom is being taken care of! The reason for the 4 stars instead for the five star is because since the new company took over, short staffing is happening more often. And, the food could use some improvement for my mom's taste. Overall, because of the people working there I would recommend them!<br><br>Original review-Timber Pointe is an amazing place for my 90 year old parents. The staff is so supportive and friendly, ready to help at any given time. My mom loves how caring and supportive the staff is. You can't walk through the place without some saying hi or asking how everything is going. I sleep better at night knowing my parents are in good hands. I highly recommend them.

We have two family members living here at Timber Pointe. Their apartments are bright, spacious and clean. The food overall is very good and the care they receive is very good as well. There are many excellent and caring people here from housekeeping to care givers, med techs, nursing staff, the front desk and admin. I would especially like to point out the help of Jeannie Lindle, our resident traffic controller. Thank you to everyone who gives their best to care for those we love.

My wife and I were so impressed with the ease and welcome experienced when my wife chose Timber Pointe for her Mother. The staff is exceptional and very available for questions to ease concerns that arise when navigating the uncharted waters of this difficult transition in caring for an elderly parent.

I am very impressed and satisfied with Timber Point Senior Living. It is a beautiful facility and the staff are very caring and friendly.<br><br>The rooms, the dining area, the activity rooms, the grounds and the 50s diner are all so tastefully decorated.<br><br>I recently moved my 85 year old father in to Timber Pointe and feel confident he is receiving the best possible care. Thank you for all that you do! 😊

People are kind, although turnover is high for the underpaid staff. Food was good initially, but two cooks later it's not as good. Not a lot of help or assistance with figuring out spin down to Medicaid. Good short term spot. Grateful for that.
