ElderHealth & Living Memory Village

ElderHealth & Living Memory Village in Springfield, Oregon provides memory care for older adults with memory loss, Alzheimer's disease, and dementia. The community was established in 2006 as an Oregon-based company and operates on principles of sustainable practices, healthy meals, and compassionate care.

The village consists of nine homes, each designed with central open kitchens and outdoor spaces that accommodate 10 to 11 residents per home. This residential model creates an environment where older adults with memory loss can find comfort, freedom to be themselves, and opportunities to thrive.

ElderHealth & Living offers several specialized programs tailored to different stages and needs. The cognitive wellness program serves individuals in early to moderate stages of memory loss, focusing on successful aging through active engagement, socialization, and a supportive network of peers and professionals. For persons with memory loss still living at home, the community provides respite care assistance with showers, grooming, and enjoyable activities, offering relief for care partners. Additionally, overnight respite stays are available ranging from single nights to several weeks.
