Three River Village

Three Rivers Village is an affordable senior housing community in Richland, Washington, serving low-income residents age 62 and older. The community consists of 40 one-bedroom apartments located in the Tri-Cities area with close proximity to one of the largest rivers in the Pacific Northwest.

The community provides a service coordinator who helps residents connect to community and medical services. Housing costs are determined through the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program, with rent typically set at a percentage of residents' adjusted monthly income and maximum rental rates established annually by HUD based on the area median income.

Three Rivers Village welcomes pets, including common household pets and service or assistance animals. Pet rules are in place to maintain a safe and sanitary living environment, with guidelines covering registration, inoculation, waste disposal, and pet restraint in common areas. Service animals and their owners are exempt from these pet rules, though owners must remain responsible for animal care and waste disposal.
