Was a warm and friendly environment. He gave my father in law the care that he needed. If we had questions they were able to answer. My father in law seemed very comfortable there and he had no complaints.

Clean; quiet; wide variety of services; perhaps a little pricey for the many add-on services. Confusing program for rentals vs “buy-in.” Independent living apartments very nicely done. Overall decor a little outdated. Friendly and helpful staff.

My father moved to thorncrest in April. He is getting the care he needs for this time of his life. The family was able to share mothers day in one of the common areas. The staff are very respectful and provide great care. I am thankful that we chose thorncrest for this journey of his life.

I was pleasantly surprised by all the amenities included with a package. I honestly can not think of one more service any one could need or want. They've covered it all! So bright, cheerful and clean, are important to me. Even though it is independent living, you have all the opportunities to partake in as everyone else. My family is very pleased with the care, professionalism, and kindness that Thorne Crest staff have shown during the move-in process. Catherine is amazing, and has been with us every step of the way. Everyone has been attentive and friendly-from the front desk attendant to the maintenance staff. We are so blessed to know that our family member is in a safe, caring, and beautiful environment.
