Our mom lived in independent living, transitioned into memory care and eventually moved to the nursing home level of St John's at Fountain Lake. St John's was her/our family for her last five years. At each phase of moms life we were so grateful for the love and tenderness she received at the hands of her caregivers, nurses, volunteers and even visitors each and every day.
