Able personnel , one I found outstanding was CNA Kim LeGoff very helpful and an amiable personality and Shirley a nurse along with the concierge Noah !! Also Ebony a nurse kind and caring. Good food and therapy, but there should be longer time in therapy as NY State law demands. Beauty parlor on the premises 2 days a week, woman charges reasonable rates!! One last mention for Aide Judith a caring and patient very helpful worker and last but not least I want to mention Kinberli Haye nursing supervisor who was very helpful and a charming personality to go with it. One down side which dropped my rating down to 2 was that I had to go to the hospital twice while at the Willows. Neither was spotted by the doctor or nursing staff.

Terrific facility. Great staff. My father who usually complains about everything actually likes it there. Food, facilities, amenities, therapy, day to day care, progress related updates. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating. Got my dad’s blood sugar down to pre diabetes level. Amazing! Could not say enough good things about the willows at Ramapo. Thank you for taking such great care of my dad. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for special post operation care.

My mother was at the willows for 3 weeks. The place is clean, employees are friendly, the care is terrific. They really know how to treat the patients. When I was there last, they had some residence outside playing bingo. She was at Northern Riverview before this which was horrible (I reported them to NY State Health dept).

My mother has been in Willows twice. Both times she received excellent care, both medically and physically. Through rehab, she was able to recover and return home. Thank you.
