The site is informative, but lacking basic information such as layouts whether you have two bedrooms or just one bedroom, more photos of layouts or drawings of layouts online potential pricing of these apartments amenities of campus food shopping how far from the waters etc — all necessary information if I’m going to travel to see the site/tour etc

Think twice about moving here. It’s a beautiful facility, but the care and staff is awful. Staff turnover is constant. Care for the residents is last on their list.

I could not lift the left door to my closet because it was very heavy and I am not as strong as I was when I was your age. A tall, strong man came to my apartment, took the door off, and laid it on the ground, He adjusted some settings and Voila! When he placed the door back up, I could open and close the door with ease.

The community is beautiful, the staff were very helpful, and the interactions that I saw between the staff and the residents was amazing!

1st Class Quality Care for our 89 year old Mother, a Resident since 2023 who feels "at Home" with her Clean and Safe Environment, Professional and Attentive Staffing, Variety of Fun and Engaging Activities, Cleanliness throughout the facility and her PERSONAL SAFETY & SECURITY. Mom enjoys many new Friendships due to the Welcoming of her fellow Residents. The High Touch Service from The Waters Community is led by THE BEST, MOST COMPASSIONATE & PROFESSIONAL STAFFING anywhere to be found! I visited Mom on site for several weeks and witnessed first-hand the professionalism and consistency of care, service and attentiveness that my Mom receives DAILY. Now that Mom is needed to take advantage of the on-site "Assisted Living Services" to enhance her daily care needs and safety, I am especially impressed by MRS. LEE CLAY, RN, DIRECTOR OF HEALTH & WELLBEING on site. Lee's long term RN expertise, attention to detail, respect for Mom's health care needs, & interactions with our family to communicate Mom's well-being is nothing short of EXCEPTIONAL! The CNA's under Lee's Leadership are very well-trained and compassionate. I simply cannot be more at Peace, knowing that our Mother is living in such a Safe, Professional and Healthy "Home-like" environment. ALL THANKS TO THE WATERS LED BY EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, KEN KEALEY who actually participates with the Residents and Staff regularly, even helping out recently with BINGO in the Activities Room! This place is also F-U-N!! The Food is Delicious too! As a former U.S. military officer, I was also impressed by the recognition and respect bestowed upon Veteran residents! The Waters of Pewaukee distinguishes itself as a "One Of A Kind Place" for our elderly Mother to possibly live out some of the best years of her Life! I most enthusiastically endorse this healthy lifestyle, safe and secure environment, fun and friendly place for your Parent/s to live too!
