The Villas At Green Valley

The Villas at Green Valley is an assisted living and memory care community located in Green Valley, Arizona, 20 miles south of Tucson. The community provides care for seniors with physical or cognitive difficulty, including those with Alzheimer's disease and dementia, in a residential neighborhood setting comprising multiple beautifully furnished homes.

The community operates multiple 6,000 square foot homes, each with 10 private suites featuring individual heating and cooling systems. Residents receive care from trained caregivers with specialized certifications and continuous education. Staffing ratios are maintained at 1 caregiver per 5 residents from 7am to 7pm, and 1 caregiver per 10 residents with an auxiliary caregiver from 7pm to 7am, supported by an on-site care specialist. Services include assistance with activities of daily living, medication management, hospice care, and short-term respite care. The homes feature private rooms such as a salon and physical therapy room to accommodate specialized services from doctors, therapists, and other providers.

Residents have access to an open kitchen, 24-hour visits from friends and family members, and a secure environment designed to help memory care patients become familiar with their surroundings. The community fosters a close-knit, family-oriented atmosphere where caregivers focus on spending quality time with residents.

Activities and programs include group and one-on-one activities coordinated by an activity coordinator, such as holiday parties, cookouts, sing-alongs, and exercise classes including Zumba. Physical activity and mental stimulation are prioritized components of daily life.
