My dad lived at Heather Hills for 16 months and absolutely loved it. Meals were great and he did as many activities as he could (painting, chair volleyball, choir, etc). Staff was outstanding and truly cared about him. If he hadn't required more care than they were able to provide, he would still be a resident there. Very highly recommended for Independent or lightly Assisted living.

My Mom and Dad and sister are new residence at Heather Hills and I can tell you it is so much better than the assisted living we just left! They have a nice 1 bedroom apartment with a balcony outside so they can sit outside and plenty of room inside with spacious bedroom, and living room, kitchenette, and full bath and also a storage unit in the basement. The food and menu are awesome! last night they had parmesan crusted Tilapia, Peas & carrots, Au Gratin Potatoes and Cheesecake W/ Strawberry topping and my family said it was awesome but they also have 3 weekly specials and a very nice side menu if they don't like the special they can order what they want! For Mothers Day dinner the menu is buffet with carved prime rib, smothered chicken, Mixed green salad, fresh cut fruit, shrimp cocktail, Biscuits & sausage gravy, Roasted Root vegetables, Green Bean Casserole, Mashed Potatoes & Gravy, Mashed Sweet Potatoes, Caprese Pesto Pasta, Tiramisu, Assorted Pies, and Chocolate Covered Strawberries! They have a movie theater, and many activities, nice outdoor area with patio and grill for outside entertainment! This place feels more like a home! Staff is very nice and helpful my Dad fell in shower and they came to room to take x rays and monitored his recovery! We have only been here a week and half but my family says 100% better than the assisted living they left!

Absolutely horrid, i am a medical transport driver and I was dropping off a patient back at this residence, sat at the front door for 15 minutes waiting for someone to come let us in, while the door alarm was going off. Called multiple times and got no answer. Finally somebody who looks like they’d been sleeping comes to open the door. I walk the patient to his room and find his wife laying on the floor saying she’s been there for hours and nobody came to help her even though she hit her help button, even took a nap because it had been so long. Absolutely terrible establishment!!

Update: 1/2026 Things have gone downhill at HH. Food horrible and some residents were forgotten so they had to call for meals. Quality of food is not good, worst I've ever seen. Still many great activities, staffing is improving in some areas. Nurse aids seem kind and friendly. They treat the residents with respect and kindness.

OLD REVIEW: Quality facility with nice clientele. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and kind. It is clean, bright, has a lot of activities and outings. They are also very accommodating. Food could be improved but they are working on that. Heather Hills is a pet friendly place
