I would NOT recommend this facility to my worst enemy! If you take a patient in, you should ensure that you have the proper equipment to care for that patients needs! My (step) daughter had to bring a nebulizer so that her Mother could get the breathing treatments she needed to improve her condition. The room was extremely warm with no restroom inside of the room.which only worsened her condition! Obviously, money is a priority over the basic care of patients. Bottom line...don't take patients if you can't care for them properly!

DO NOT!! Trust these people with your loved ones, this is by far the worst facility I have come across. They don’t care about your family and take advantage of them in the process

Horrible horrible place do not send anyone you love here outdated facility horrible calllight system light switch with string attached that barely works then CNA staff unprofessional laying in empty bed while pt is in room , restroom not in rooms so it takes 40 plus minutes to get call light answered pt with wound left in feces I was told pt goes poop too much they can't keep changing her this facility took my mom as a pt with respiratory issues need a breathing treatment 5c a day they didn't even have the equipment to treat her for 2 weeks I had to bring one in for her therapy horrible ordered were 2x a day but only got it 2x in 2 weeks this facility is horrible and must be stopped they left my mom in a hot room wouldn't answer call light my mom and roommates screamed for help unanswered when my aunt arrived he called 911 my mom is serious trouble with her breathing and was put on a vent

REFUSAL OF LAW ALLOWED WHEELCHAIR My low rating is only for the administration and the faulty "chan of command" because the serious medical needs I request to have resolved, do not get resolved. They refuse my highly specialized Rehabilation wheelchair for me to use which violates numerous State and Federal Laws, like the ADA, prohibiting prescribed electric wheelchairs violates both federal ADA regulations and Michigan resident rights provisions. Facilities must allow motorized chairs to ensure mobility, independence, and access, only restricting them based on legitimate safety requirements. Legal Compliance: Refusing motorized chairs can violate 42 CFR 483.10(l) regarding personal possessions and 42 CFR 483.25(a) regarding self-sufficiency. Nursing/rehab facilities must allow individuals with disabilities to use power-driven mobility devices. THEY MUST ALLOW MY WHEELCHAIR

second time ive had to complain about this horrible place, my grandmother was in her room with a roommate and the roommate began an argument and my grandmother was yelling to stop, she sprayed cleaners at my grandmother and kicked her wounded leg, they sent my grandmother upstairs and did nothing about it. there has been so many ignorant incidents ive been through with these people. why were the nurses on shift not doing anything about it!!! somebody should’ve been reprimanded or done something im livid!.
