Kim, the community relations director, gave us a tour of the facility and was super friendly and helpful! She answered all our questions and made us feel welcomed in the community. So much so, that my parents decided to move in!

Our tour with Kim Nelson was exceptional!<br>The Villa apartment is immaculate, and she took the time to answer every question including safety details. Qiana Carroll's and Kim's positive connections to the residents made us feel comfortable and included throughout the visit -- that's encouraging when someone's transitioning to another stage of life.
