I literally cannot say enough good things about this place. From the building & grounds to the amazing people that work here, everything & everyone here has been an absolute joy to deal with. If you have ever been in a rehab/convalescent facility before, let me say this is NOT that place. This place is awesome. Truly, I thank everyone heree for making the 30 days I've been here exceptionally easy. AND there are feral kitties that live outside--the employees & residents feed them! THANK YOU SO MUCH, MERCY!!! YOU ARE TOO FABULOUS FOR WORDS!

From the moment I called about placement for our family member I felt the love and care on the other end of the phone. I spoke with Linda( at the front desk)who was warm and caring and listened to my need. She transferred me to Amy who was so gracious and kind and heard my worries and concerns. I felt truly listened to and seen. She set up a meeting with Meagen on a Friday and our family member moved in on a Tuesday. . If we could give 10 stars we would. Our family member was so taken by the brightness and windows everywhere. The remodel of the facility is truly beautiful and so inviting. Shout out to Kathleen, David and Josie for their help. Meagen was so wonderful….she toured us around Mercy and answered all the questions we had. She made the tour so fun with her genuine interest in all of us.

Mercy Retirement & Care Center is an incredible facility. The staff is very welcoming and truly care about the residents. The center is light and bright, very clean and nicely renovated. There is so much to offer residents during their stay. Our brother enjoys gardening and has a strong Catholic faith which can be fulfilled at Mercy. Our family is very thankful to Mercy and for the kindness they have shown our brother.

If you have a love one here make sure to check on them. Nurses are on a 25/1 ratio stop by at night unannounced to check on them. Please don’t trust this facility with your loved one. Most of their staff are hired by agencies they don’t care about the patients they are just there to collect their check. If your love one speaks Spanish there’s no Spanish speaking staff at night. They offer sleeping aid and other narcotics to make sure the patients are asleep Beware!!! Please advocate for your love one you are all they have! You are their voice! ❤️
