I personally would not recommend this place to anyone. The staff members take far too long to respond to residents’/ clients’ needs, which is very concerning. The food is also extremely poor, yet they still expect people to take medication on an empty stomach. That simply does not make sense and raises serious concerns about the level of care being provided.

Shout out to housekeeper Supervisor and Nurse Shelby … my dad has been here for about 10 days now(Harry Harris) Rm 115 bed 1. Today his clothes were missing and I asked, nurse Shelby, she got Supervisor involved and with an hours time his things wee pretty much back. Everyone here seems to be very friendly and helpful. Thanks again

So far it has been a pleasant experience, because customer service was always my job, it’s important to me how I’m treated when I enter the facility… I’ve received calls with updates about my dad. I think it will be just fine.. so far so good… just give my dad COFFEE and he will be happy… I pray for a speedy and good rehabilitation

Great service. Staff is friendly and patient with the residents. My mother loves it even though she wants to go home. But she needs supervision. So im happy with the facility.

My mom was sent here for PT/OT. Her health issues had diminished her mobility and she needed to be able to get back to where she was. The facility had good reviews and was close to my home. The staff was pleasant when I was there. My mother's mental faculty has not been diminished. She caught Covid several days after being admitted. She was refused care from a CNA because she had Covid. When she asked for assistance she was told "dang ehy can't you do it yourself." She was not allowed access to the joint bathroom but her bedside camode was not emptied for hours. A beverage was spilled in her room during lunch and though I reported it to the CNA K. Jackson it was never cleaned up. I left the facility around 4pm and re turn at 11pm to take my mother home AMA. I was not leaving her to be treated poorly and left in unsanitary conditions for periods lasting hours. When I got there I was told her camode had been emptied 1 hour previous. Well it had been used before I left and asked for it to be emptied. I had been gone for 5 hours meaning it sat for 4 hours. While most of the staff was pleasant and seemed to care the ball was dropped. People need to treat patients the way they would want their loved one treated. I had high hopes and was severely disappointed.
