The Terraces at Summitview is a nonprofit Life Plan Community offering independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing in Yakima, Washington. Set on 10 beautifully landscaped acres, the community provides apartment homes on a rental basis with a continuum of care available if needed.

The campus fosters a friendly, small-town neighborhood feeling and is conveniently located near Yakima's amenities. Residents enjoy community gardens, fitness classes, a bistro serving coffee and pastries, and various wellness programs designed to support an active lifestyle.

The Terraces at Summitview is owned and managed by nonprofit affiliates of HumanGood, a nonprofit organization serving older adults since 1949. The community is committed to empowering residents to live life on their own terms through its diverse programming and supportive environment.
