Our family member has enjoyed her time at brookdale since her move in a few months ago. She's made friends, socialize as she chooses, receives the care that we agreed join. The nursing staff, maintenance and administrative staff have all been helpful and responsive to my questions or concerns. I have so appreciated being able to rely on Lisa, the Executive Director, to provide information and to direct me to the right person to handle any situation.

I personally would not recommend bringing family members here, especially if working directly with Linda Estrada. In my experience, I found her to be very unkind, unprofessional, and more focused on herself than providing quality care. There was no level of compassion, empathy, communication, or professionalism from her. This was my personal experience and based on that, I would not recommend your family members being placed under her care.

I will be removing my parent from this establishment. There are some very unprofessional workers here. For example, Davina the care coordinator, i witnessed her “making out” with another man in the facility near other residents present, completely inappropriate and unprofessional!!! That lady is also very rude to my father who is a resident at Brookdale. When I ask about medication changes for my father she never follows up and completely ignores the situation and just sits on her butt. Horrible..

On a scale from 1-10 Davina Chavez is a 10 she went out of her way to make sure my grandma was well taken care of with her kind words,hard work and dedication.
