Went to look at Solista Yakima on April 10, 2026. We were really interested as their units looked nice and price was reasonable. My wife started to have some sort of episode. Ended up going to ER. The Solista employee did get us a wheelchair. My wife had lost the ability to walk and talk coherently. I had a very difficult time getting her into my car. The employee came out and saw I was struggling and did not volunteer to help, or get someone to help. For this reason only, I would not recommend them.

Carlie has been so lovely to work with! Residents were very welcoming and the whole facility is gorgeous. We were especially impressed with the library and the kitchen in the community room. Tons of puzzles available to do as well as a culinary school trained chef, a beautician and a caregiver on site!

I have been a resident at SolistaYakima for more than 3 years. I love living here for 2 reasons. First, the my fellow residents are wonderful people who enjoy the place and share that with each other. Secondly, it’s the staff. The people who work here are truly dedicated to us, making our lives happy and healthy. They go out of their way every day to serve us and behave as though they really enjoy coming to work. That says a lot about the company, Cogir, that owns our facility. I recommend SolistaYakima highly and really would not want to live anywhere else.

This is the worst of the worst my mother is a resident. They treat the residents HORRIBLY they are mean. The dining services dept is terrible horrible subpar food and if the residents say a word they are bullied. They are REQUIRED to have silent time in the dining room prior to service not mentioned pre move in. The manager is the worst no concern or care at all. Down talks to the residents. The regionals act like they care but do nothing. Activities were canceled and all residents forcefully told stay away from activity toom Friday through Saturday night because the manager was having a baby shower for his daughter. Residents were warned do not come near the area. They implemented a new rule if you save a seat for anyone in the dining room your kicked out for three days. So if someone comes down and sits has to go back to their room for something and you save the seat your out! What is this grade school. Everyone is related to the manager. Cogir get your act together before the mass exit!!!
