This place is awful. My father in law was here, they neglected him severely. Do not put your loved one here.

The Landmark team is extremely professional and care for their residents. They are competent, and thoughtful and if you have a loved one that needs extra support in their journey of life Landmark is a wonderful option to consider.

Had a knee bone break accident Saturday evening 14th. Sunday morning 15th I had surgery. Checked into Landmark Wednesday evening 18th. For rest, pain management and rehab. [1] I asked for a shower. Haven't had one since Saturday morning. And there was cna giving showers. They said my room wasn't scheduled until Friday 20th. I was hot, sweaty, stinky ok so what's another day!! I'm sure it would of help make me feel better. [2] Not one time did anyone come and see how I was doing, if im comfortable, do I need anything, the whole time I was there. Which was evening of 18th till the morning of the 22nd. [3] They gave me a tb test shot, never came back to see results. [4] I asked a cna for a bag of ice for my arm. She put ice in a thin clear trash bag and was going g to hand it to me. I said it needs to be double bagged, handed it to me, I said it needs to be in a pillow case. Handed it back, I said it looks like it's leaking, so she grabs a dirty bath towel that was on the table by door, tosses it to me and says use this. She didn't know where that towels been!!! [5] 2 cnas were very good, and 2 med nurses were. The rest didn't care if your sleeping, woke me up to ask me if I wanted ice water! One med tech would bring my meds not say a word! [6] It took from 5 minutes to 50 minutes for my call light to be answered! They always had a lame excuse. [7] Every meal was horrible. They didn't ask me if I wanted alternates. Which should of happened the first day. Alot of canned and frozen food. One time fresh old watermelon. [8] The rooms have no air flow, it's hot and stuffy. The beds make you sweat. The halls are noisy. [9] I never got a wash cloth or towel for daily use. [10] The OT and PT employees were good.

If you can avoid this place please do! Everything in comments is exactly what’s happening to my kid's grandmother. Her call light will be on for 30 minutes if not longer, she had a couple of strokes and she is diabetic, and lactose. They give her juice/milk every meal I’ve repeatedly told them not to because she’s lactose so she poops all over and then they get mad when they have to clean it up. Telling her snobby comments such as “and you want to go into independent living”. I waited at the counter where a nurse was getting meds ready on the other side, ignoring me while on the phone with what I assumed her boyfriend cause no way was that a professional call. All I wanted was some wipes to help clean up a poopy mess! Very disappointed in this place, they also placed her in a room with a dementia patient stating they didn’t know she had dementia. I was in there for 3 minutes and knew she had dementia. The patient lost it on my kid’s grandma yelling at her to get out of her house. Again not their faults that’s straight negligence on the staffs part.

My mom has been there for over a year and they treat her with such kindness and patience. She can be challenging due to her dementia, gets frustrated and confused easily. They always find her things to keep her occupied, which helps her immensely. Shout out to some of the staff, Kaylee, Ashleigh, Crystal, Jennifer, Michelle, et all!
