Staff here are very friendly and a friend of mine is 95 years old and spent three weeks there and everybody’s always helpful and was not an uncomfortable place to be

Terrible place. I woke up to find the staff going through my clothes. My prescribed drugs were taken away from me at check-in and when I asked for them at checkout, they told me that they had given them to me. I’d ring the buzzer and it could take up to an hour for somebody to come and help. Iwas there for PT. There were many days I had none. Other days I only had 15 minutes my surgeon released me and st Andrews was not going to let me leave until their doctor and their physical therapy agreed I filed a complaint with my insurance and I was out the next day. They did everything they could to make me stay. I wouldn’t want anybody to go there.

My Dad stayed at St Andrews for 3 months to recover from a broken leg/hip. Like any business the people make the difference and He got great care. Can't say enough great things about the staff and is wonderful when you have employees that actually care. Thank you to the staff that worked with my Dad he is better for staying at St Andrews.

As a care partner and personally knowing an amazing staff member at The Springs, I’d most definitely would have 100% confidence in their team to care for a loved one if I needed.<br>From communication, to how beautiful this community is and not to mention the staff!!!! As a care partner, we can depend on Lacey and Ana to get the ball rolling on any needs our agency has. Lacey has made the transition of the old management company being acquired to the new seamless and without any issues . I appreciate you, WE appreciate the Springs at St. Andrews !
