Advisacare Home Care and Hospice met with the leadership team and was VERY impressed. Firsthand, I witnessed the unit manager on the 2nd floor hold the hand of a struggling resident and seek solutions to bring him peace. The Director of Nursing is directly involved with each resident and provided clear expectations of the high standards she expects each resident to receive for their path to discharge and when they call The Springs their home. As a 20 year RN working in the community setting- this is a rare gem!

This is "a diamond in the rough." No fancy chandeliers, no luxurious carpeting. It has what truly matters to our family: a friendly, caring staff that is looking after our loved one. Everyone is approachable and actually listens and acts on our concerns. Highly recommend it.

This place is horrible after 1 month of being here I have been neglected, tried to be put in confrontations by many of the cna's on site. I have not seen a doctor on site ever, you go to a administrative people like social worker they don't even help. I had a stroke and they know that I can't use my arm, but when they take to a shower or even get dressed after state no use of my right arm, they ignore me and just stand there. Most of the cna's sit at the desk for hours not helping or on phones all day long walking by patients who call lights are one. I once woke up to use the bathroom and there was a cna in my bathroom on his phone with the light off.. food is always cold not once has my food been warm. Gave green beans with Italian dressing over them. Get constant smell of Marijuana on the property and even seen a resident in my room hitting his vape, I was told it was not allowed on the property. One night woke being dizzy asked a nurse can't remember her name if I could have bp and blood checked, she said she will and never came back to check I had fallen asleep, and it could been my bp and needed to go to the hospital or been another stroke. This place should not by any means be open, any good review should be investigated because I have not one felt safe or in good care here they don't give medications on time, slam food tray down, if you are a new patient it seems you get the cold treatment, ones who have been here for so long get treated differently I have noticed. They are are very negligent in every way, I had a bed sore the decided to pop and leave me and my linens where I lay soiled in blood for 4 hours before they did anything to change them. They have one good shower that has hot and cold water all the other seem to have cold water. I have been showered fully once, the rest of the times it only has been from waist down. Fresh linen that been placed on my bed that had dried blood stains on them. Good luck on getting ice water they have a cooler with ice in it if there is no ice in it, you can't get ice from the machine cause it is locked.. Place is out dated and one time had my bathroom flood with a leak from a pipe above me. Again I would not send anyone to this place, family, friend, pet, or neighbor. *Update* Nothing has changed I am on month 3 asked for a transfer out cause I am not receiving the care I need, food is still miserable and some nights I go to sleep starving. The social worker lies and is racist against residence, some of the nursing staff have an attitude and are rude, and just sit on their phones while residence have call lights blinking, and after talking to nursing director nothing has been done to correct it. I have been waiting for physical therapy for over a month and have not gotten an answer and have a dr's referral, again, I would not trust this place if your looking for a place for a loved one, family member, or anyone.

We recently admitted my mother and she was pleasantly welcomed and cared for. Her nurse Roman is an absolute God- send! His bed- side manner, attentiveness, and knowledge is unsurpassed! I am blessed and very grateful to have such a compassionate care taker for my mother in this difficult time. You're greatly appreciated Roman!
