This place took care of my mother I’m beyond pissed with the management!! I’ve been calling to check on my mother they refused to give me information bc I wasn’t on an approved list!! And yesterday I find out my mother passed away in their care 5 months ago and they didn’t tell anyone And they donated her body and had her cremated!!!! I’m so beyond pissed with their lack of professionalism and compassion!!!!

Not only is this place beautiful, but it is well maintained and the staff are all very kind. From the administrative, to kitchen, to cleaning/maintenance to the nursing staff, I have never seen anyone be unkind to a resident or a family member. I love that, especially considering the horror stories you hear about assisted living.

At the Sanctuary, I know my mother is well taken care of, checked in on frequently and that the staff do genuinely want what is best for her.

I loved that when she moved in, she got a little sign in her door and in the lobby welcoming her. It's little things like that, that can make the experience go from terrifying, which it had started as for my mother, to wonderful.

It makes it feel like home when people welcome you right away. I think this is a lovely place, and I feel they can be trusted with my loved one's care.

I moved my mother from a different facility to The Sanctuary. I wish I would have had my mother in The Sanctuary from day one (instead of dealing with the other facility for two years). The Sanctuary always responds to my questions quickly and they never make me feel stupid or like I'm wasting their time by asking questions. They treat my mother with respect and are always polite and cheerful regardless of how my mother is behaving that day. I can't say enough nice things about Kandy in the Office or Beth in Nursing. There are so many wonderful staff members at The Sanctuary - I can't possibly list them all!

I think everyone I came in contact with was fantastic! I would still be there if it had been closer to my family and friends. The good was excellent and the kitchen staff are amazing! I can’t complain about anything. I would and will recommend the Sanctuary to anyone looking for a place to take care of their loved ones. Gloria Pontius

I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here. It’s complete chaos in that building, please talk to any employee outside of management before sending your loved ones here.
