The Saab Residence is an assisted living and memory care community located in Lowell, Massachusetts, situated on the 75-acre D'Youville Life & Wellness Community campus. The community contains 60 apartments designed to provide seniors with the privacy of their own home while offering comprehensive support services in a caring environment.

The Saab Residence offers Traditional Assisted Living in one-bedroom apartments for seniors who require assistance with Activities of Daily Living while maintaining independence. The community also features Pawtucket Lane, a specialized memory care neighborhood with 15 studio apartments designed specifically for residents living with memory loss, offering a home-like atmosphere with tailored amenities and safety features.

Monthly fees include apartment rental, utilities, restaurant-style dining services, common gathering areas, scheduled daily activities, assistance with Activities of Daily Living, medication management, and 24-hour on-site awake staff. The campus features walking gardens and landscaped grounds with easy access to Greater Lowell and surrounding areas.

Care at the Saab Residence is delivered by trained staff who develop individualized care plans for each resident, balancing appropriate support with the maintenance of independence and dignity. Services include weekly laundry and housekeeping, music programs, social gatherings, cultural activities, religious services, and art in shared community spaces that promote connection among residents.
