Care has suffered during 2026. Too often there are not enough caregivers to adequately care for the residents. When the fire alarm rings on a weekend, it is not possible for one caregiver to escort 14 residents from the Memory Care neighborhood to safety. Residents with dementia need frequent, compassionate care. The current staffing levels make this impossible.

My mom is in this place. The food is horrible and my mom has been left having to use the bathroom for more than an hour! My brother, sister in law and I called the front desk on the weekends about 8 times ! No one answered. This is NOT excusable or ok! This happened 2 times too many. There's no front desk workers on the weekend...makes no sense!

I didn’t like the vibe of this place from Day 1. Never even unpacked the boxes.<br><br>My apartment is tiny, and I particularly don’t like<br>how close my recliner is to my TV —— important<br>because as far as I am concerned, there is nothing to do all day EVERY DAY except watch TV.<br><br>Unless you love playing BINGO and then you’ve<br>hit the jackpot: there’s a BINGO game almost<br>Every afternoon. The food is Basic (the peanut butter and jelly sandwiches are pretty good).<br><br>I am moving out after 4 months.

I visit my mother in-law at benton house for the first time I love her room it was elegant and comfortable the community look very clean and beautiful i hope my mom enjoy living at the benton house

I have been very satisfied with the care I have received at Benton House, especially with someone with my type of health problems like getting my medicines to me at certain times of the day.
