Found the facility to be very clean and the help to be very polite. The meal was also very good. The gentleman who took our order (6 guests) was very polite and accommodating and did a super job with our order. ( no errors).<br>The residents were clean, well dressed and seemed contented and happy.

The Residence at Penniman Hill is an exceptional community that truly feels like home. From the moment you walk in, you can sense the warmth and care that the team brings to every resident and family member. The associates are compassionate, attentive, and clearly take pride in what they do. The building is beautifully maintained, the activities are engaging and meaningful, and the dining experience is top-notch. Most importantly, residents are treated with genuine respect and dignity. I couldn’t be more impressed with the leadership and staff. They go above and beyond every single day. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a vibrant, caring, and professional assisted living community!

We have the greatest Director of nursing shes smart and respectful. Our administrator is also a great guy everyone in the building is nice. I bet its the lcb in Mass
