I placed my mother at The Reserve Healthcare a few weeks ago and she has had a remarkable recovery! The therapy has been amazing and everyone has been very kind and helpful. I highly recommend The Reserve as our experience has been wonderful.

For the Most Part all the staff are very nice and compassionate especially the Charge Nurses… my favorite nurse was Chantelle.. I believe the negative reviews on here are due to understaffing of the facility. I had requested upon being discharged from the hospital for wound care and physical therapy. I will say this they have lots of activities such as Bingo, church, and other events throughout the week to keep the residents busy and give them the opportunity to interact with each other. Another thing I enjoyed during my stay was the ability to go outside whenever I wanted to. The even coordinators also do feed the residents at least once a week with either a full meal or just ice cream and pie or cake. I am not the best of patients, I will admit, but I did quite enjoy my stay at this facility and will miss the staff and other residents. If you came onto here to leave a negative review, why don’t you take the time to volunteer instead of just saying what is wrong with the place. 🫶

The corporations profiting from the lives and needs of our elderly need to pay their staff livable wages and ensure continuous training and wellbeing initiatives. When your staff is struggling and can’t pay their bills, that endangers the lives of those in their care. My parent has had far too many CNAs in less than a year here who have been insensitive, unhelpful, and without compassion. I sympathize with workers. I know how tough surviving in America is and what a demanding job it is to work in the medical field. However, my solidarity and understanding does not mean I will ever approve of workers taking their frustrations out on patients. This is never okay. These people are vulnerable and count on you to be their voices and their advocates. If you can’t do that, this is not the job for you. To the amazing nurses, CNAs, and staff who go above and beyond thank you from the bottom of my heart and I hope you get the pay and recognition you deserve.

Thank you to all the staff for the excellent care of my Brother. You each are contributing to his overall well being of emotional and physical healing and restoration. God uses the integrity of compassionate caregiving in the profession to reflect his love for humanity. Special Shout Out to Nurse Manager, Gloria and staff and Activity Director. Krystal and staff….and others can’t call you all by name❤️🙏🏾

Wow what can I say. I was transferred to the Reserve from Summerville medical center so I could get Physical Rehabilitation since I had just had me leg amputated. Biggest mistake I could have made was to not say NO. They got me into the room and were supposed to do a workup on me, check for cuts and bruises and things. But it never happened. One day a nurse comes in and asks me what arm did the do a TB test on. This was confusing since they never did that test. Now remember this is supposed to be a Healthcare facility which should be as clean as possible. It wasn't.i was there for 15 useless days and my room was never swept or mopped. It was disgusting.my food when I got any was cold and the iced tea frozen. There was a flue outbreak there and I never got down to the rehab room for what I needed. There is so much more to say that's negative about this establishment but I just don't have the energy to write it. There were a couple great nurses and the PT and OT people were fantastic. This was the homes savings grace. But I will die before going back to the Reserve. So if you have a loved one who needs this type of place DO NOT PLACE them here
