We recently moved my father into Renaissance after his early-onset Alzheimer's diagnosis, and the experience has been genuinely reassuring. The staff has been incredibly accommodating to his specific needs and personality. They even allowed me to move a stationary bike into his room for him so he can keep doing what he loves. That kind of personal touch means the world to our family.

We did run into a hiccup getting the WiFi set up for his digital picture frames, but the team had it sorted out within a week. And I visited him a couple weeks later and his nails were quite long (maybe that was on the agenda to groom that evening). Minor bumps aside, we couldn't be happier with the care and attention he's receiving. Highly recommend Renaissance to any family navigating a similar situation.

If I could give a negative star I would. we had my mom here for 1 month and am very sorry we ever put her here. I feel it’s all about the money, very expensive and you don’t get much for your money. The food is mediocre full, full of pasta and very inexpensive food items. The one time $2500 transportation fee is ridiculous. She was hospitalized twice in that month, once due to her not receiving her medication, we still have never received the incident reports, I’m sure they are trying to cover their butts. Executive director is very short with any answers that are asked and just jumps around so she doesn’t have to answer the direct questions. Please do your homework when looking into this place, and check in and make sure your people are being taken care of and getting there medication. Definitely NOT worth the money OR piece of mind.
