The Radcliff added more quality of life to my mom’s final 6.5 years.<br>The staff was excellent and always made our entire family comfortable knowing she was going to be well fed, entertained and loved while we were out of town..

I’ve trusted The Radcliff with both of my parents and was glad that they were able to live in such a great place for their final years. My mother was at the facility in 2021-2022, and my father lived his last year there in 2025. My wife came across Radcliff in 2021 while we were searching for a new nursing home for my mother. We were extremely dissatisfied with the level of care she was receiving at her original facility, so we were looking to move her. From the moment we visited the Radcliff, we knew that this was the place we wanted her to go. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the entire facility, and the friendliness of the staff extended to every single person that we interacted with. I was confident that mom would be in a better place that was pleasant and safe. She passed away in 2022, and again I was impressed by the care and comfort that she received from the Radcliff staff in those final days. A few years later when it became apparent that my dad could no longer live on his own, it was a sure thing as far as I was concerned that we would again select The Radcliff. They went above and beyond to help make his move go as smoothly as possible. He really enjoyed his time there, and I was glad that he made friends with staff and residents and became part of a community. He enjoyed palling around with the staff, and they always made him feel welcome and that he belonged. He raved about Radcliff’s live entertainment, as well as movie night. The facility even has a greenhouse area with plants/plant related activities that he enjoyed. The quality and variety of the meals are also top notch, and he would often brag about the good food! While Radcliff has a price point that is a bit higher than other facilities we looked at, it was well worth it. Like anything else, you get what you pay for, and elder care is no exception. Special shout out to Concierge Keith; he is attentive, cheerful, and always makes sure every need was attended to. My dad was lucky to have Keith looking out for him! I will be forever grateful to the whole team at The Radcliff for the excellent care they provided for my parents, and would choose them again if I had it all to do over again.

We cannot say enough good things about our experience with The Radcliff. Mom was the happiest we’ve seen her in years, enjoying the activities and social interactions and especially the kindness of the staff. She was apprehensive about leaving her home and within weeks she had made new friends was brighter and more alert than she’d been at her home, We were so relieved to have her in a safe place and looked forward to our visits. Mom recently passed away and we were very grateful that she had spent her last year in this positive and caring place. A big thank you to all the staff - they were wonderful.

I currently have a family member here and it has been nothing but fantastic. The staff goes above and beyond to help them. Staff provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Their food is exceptional as i have ate dinner there a few times. The other residents are also friendly as well and im happy and proud to say our family member lives there.
