They treat patients terrible, my mother had to be transported to the hospital for a week and when she returned to this facility they never even changed her sheets or made her bed. She had to sit on the bead pan for 45 minutes before anyone came to help. Once she asked for a bed pan and they said you have a diaper just use it, then once she did they waited 2 hours before they changed her. Do not use this place!!! EVER

I hate to even give them 1 star! I actually gave them 2 stars on another site and have no idea why? I was deceived by being lead to believe this place was a 5 Star facility! Boy, was that in someone’s far out imagination!!!! Please don’t go there or send anyone there, even if you don’t like them!! I went there for rehab for 4 weeks recently and I am so grateful it was only temporary because if I had thought that I had to live out the remainder of my life there and die I wouldn’t have been able to bear it!! Only 1 wonderful nurse who really took interest and really cared and 2 aides made it bearable is all I can say! I was sick the whole time I was there. I was nauseated the entire time, couldn’t eat or hardly drink but at the same time I was on a water pill and the last 2 weeks was put on a new medication, for what reason I have no idea, that also pulled water out of you! Then they didn’t monitor my blood or urine and I have kidney disease so when I was released from there I ended up at the hospital the next night for another reason but found out I was very dehydrated and it had affected my kidneys so they pumped me full of fluids for almost 2 days! While I was there they abandoned me on the bedside commode when I had an accident, sometimes it was not easy to get the commode emptied, I got 2 showers, my bed changed 2x’s, they hardly ever made my bed, never offered to freshen up am or pm before bed, at first no therapy because they said they found me asleep, I would vomit at times I was so sick but no concern at all they cleaned containers and off they went, was too sick to really do the rehab like I wanted to, missed rehab because I was so nauseous and didn’t benefit from the program, PT never taught me anything I could have done in my bed that I could at least do when I was stuck there and one the aides seemed to express to me one day in a happy way that I was the only one on the floor that could take care of myself and indeed I had to!! My departure was planned with the expertise of an amateur at best! It was done at the last minute with no room for error or chance for back up plans! My transportation they set up didn’t show up and the equipment I NEEDED THE DAY I RETURNED HOME NEVER SHOWED UP!! It showed up 3 days later! It was a blessing that I was able to borrow equipment when I first got home!! Without that, I wouldn’t have been able to be mobile or use the toilet!!!! I was recovering from a fractured hip!! Take it from me, I will not take anyone’s word for it again that a place is good unless they can verify it first!!! I’m just glad I am home!!!!

My father went here for rehab after being in the hospital - and ended up with an infected bed sore that they never addressed. It took 25-30 minutes for them to respond to calls, and would hang up on us if we called the nurses station to check on him. Do better - this is not a facility that puts the care of their residents a priority - it makes me sad.

Don’t ever let them take care of anyone in your family. I wouldn’t let them take care of my dying dog and I love my dog is a bad place for the residence in the stnas, and the nurses. They treat their employees and the people that live there like trash, they put on a good front but it’s not pleasant

Never ever put your loved one in this hell hole. It is by far the WORST nursing facilitu I have ever been in. They take 25 to 30 minutes to respond to call lights in spite of 3 to 4 prople sitting at the nurses station chatting and laughing among themselves. They left my relative in the bed with NO clothes on except a diaper!!!! Unacceptable. The food is horrible and on sunday july 20th residents did not get dupper until 7:30 pm. Unacceptable. Claimed they had 2 new cooks. Bullshit! They leave a patient on the toilet for 30 mins not able to fend for themselves. The phones went out and nobody knew anything sbout it for 2 days. Unacceptable. Patients could not receive or make calls. His portapot had feces smeared on it from sn earlier bowel movement. Noone cleaned it off. A television station will be called on yo investigate this hell hole for the sske of those who have no advocates.
