This new company that took over is doing nothing to make the residents feel happy at home. Evertrue is not Evercaring. Inspections need to come through there to see all of the malfunctions, dirty carpets, dirty stained floors, ceiling leaks, etc...This place is old & outdated. Very dim. I heard some residents complain about their apartments & wants to move out to go live at a nicer modern facility since they are paying about the same for rent. I used the bathroom & it doesn't flush properly. I used first floor bathroom that had no running sink water to wash my hands. Unhealthy situations...

The cost mentioned on this website is way off! The fees have increased every year and for the amount you pay it’s not worth it. My father in law pays over $16.000 a month and all it includes is a room and meals. Some of the staff members are very nice, others are not.
