The staff at The Pearl is the best. In a facility, like The Pearl, the people serving your loved one is the MOST important. Our family is so happy we found The Pearl.

Finding an appropriate place for a beloved spouse or other person suffering from any form of dementia is a daunting task. The relatively new facility, The Pearl at Fairview, came highly recommended primarily on the basis of the reputation of its experienced and compassionate executive director and her staff. The Pearl is an appealing facility: meticulously maintained; well-lit and clean; with calm, interesting decor and colors that reflect unpretentious staff cheerfulness.<br><br>From front desk and administrative personnel to nurses, caregivers and cleaning staff, I continue to witness creative individualized attention given to my husband. The entire Pearl team shares the goal of providing M______ and his neighbors with the best possible quality of life. As his spouse of 50 years, knowing that his physical, mental, emotional and social needs are being adequately met is granting me a safer, healthier, and more loving way to live. I can’t say enough about how wonderful The Pearl at Fairview has been for my mom. It’s absolutely beautiful and the staff loves and cares for her as if she was their own mother… they are family to us!!
