I toured many senior living communities looking for a place for my mom to recover after a fall, and Harmony at Bellevue offered everything we were looking for. What truly sets them apart is 1) their continuum of care— from respite to assisted living, and eventually independent living, which is where we expect she will land, 2) the facilities are modern and clean, with spacious apartments, 3) the calendar is packed with social activities designed to help residents connect and have fun.<br>My mom is playing Bingo and making friends while receiving twice weekly PT and getting three solid meals a day (we appreciate the numerous choices offered at each meal in the dining room) while professional nurses attend to her medication needs and personal care.<br>Finally and most importantly, the staff is incredibly kind, helpful, hardworking, and deeply committed to the well-being of every resident. As an out-of-state family member managing my mom's care from afar, I cannot stress how important it is for my peace of mind to be able to call and connect with a caring professional staff member at any time. From the executive director, Lisa, to the director of sales and marketing (who does so much more!), Claudia, to the nursing director, Nicky, we have received so much help and support.<br>I highly recommend Harmony at Bellevue to any family navigating this transition.
