My mom had to go here after a hospital stay to get help walking aging after being in the hospital and not only did they leave us outside waiting at 10 pm for 30 minutes they had completely forgotten about her, also they never put it on her charts that she was a diabetic and had to be rushed to the hospital because her sugar level was so high from where they never gave her the diabetic medication she was supposed to get and it almost killed her. I’ll never let her go back to that place, not to mention the hateful nurse I encountered as I was leaving one day but most of them are really nice.

I can’t speak highly enough about NHC Place at the Trace! I spent two weeks there for physical therapy after I broke my hip. The nurses, care partners, physical therapists and occupational therapists are excellent! I was met with kindness, compassion and respect from everyone involved- without exception! I highly recommend them!!
