Don't waste your time. There are lots of good people that work here, but whoever is running this place from the very top doesn't care about the place as a whole. There are more than a few lemons too. The residents need more active activities too. A facility that really cares would be doing better than this place. Lots of the people that work here sit around most of the day or a large amount of the day too, or do nothing, or literally have no care. And others that work here are running around all day doing every single thing they can. This place needs to be managed better and the people who work here that actually care should be rewarded.

I had reviewed NHC several months ago. They do have wonderful people BUT I did not realize they were not helping me to heal. Wound VACs are not always the answer which is their model of practice. Several months later I ended up at ADVANCE HEALTH CARE facilities in Nashville. Once released I have had Advanced Healthcare home nursing with me. We'll here I am practically healed. I am so thankful to Advanced Healthcare facilities and home nursing. I am healed and blessed.

This place is understaffed and seriously needs to change that immediately as a whole lot of people here are not getting the care they deserve or the care they expected or the care they pay large amounts for.<br>This place also needs more organization and to have areas used frequently wiped more often through the day like the tables used through the day.<br>Health is a big part of healing.<br>Nutrition is an even larger part of healing.<br>This place hasn't given any focus on meals for its patients here. They also give the residents sweets for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and sometimes 2 or 3 in one meal.<br>This place does focus A LOT though on dessert and soda, which is very damaging to the human body and BRAIN.......<br>Seems malicious.........<br>This place also doesn't give nutritional meals.<br>This place also serves everything in plastic that's been sitting in a heater, which is super toxic and more.<br>If You have a friend here who can't feed their self, this place has no concern about that person's meals and will give them food they can't even eat or chew, or pickup. They need more people to help the elders too in the activities.<br>If this place actually cared then they would have a higher focus on nutrition and healthy meals and meals set for the specific persons needs.<br>This place also needs to help the people living here love more and to give them more interaction daily. Some are even left in bed most of the day, and that is just so sick in many ways, and they are also doing this to people who still have life.<br>Some here are clearly depressed and just need more love and care and concern.<br>Majority of the staff is super great, even though there are just a few lemons working there.<br>Don't try to comment that U care, I've seen this horrible disgusting treatment in person at your facility.<br>How terrible and wrong and sick.............................<br>This place is supposed to care and the workers are paid to do a certain job so get those jobs done and done properly. I've also noticed some here and there people living there that need assistance while workers just "stand by."<br>This place needs more staff IMMEDIATELY AND ASAP.<br>There are many wonderful people that work here, but whoever is running this place needs to do better and get it together and do better as a person and as a whole and do better for the innocent beautiful people living here who trusted You with their wellbeing of being there.<br>Don't be deceitful to these people as it will only bring bad karma to You from the universe.<br>Treat the elders as You would want to be treated.<br>Don't judge a book by its cover, looks can be deceiving.<br>This place isn't fair to the residents or to the workers as they get the backlash from this place not being ran as it should and it also being UNDERSTAFFED.<br>I gave 2 stars because of so many wonderful staff.

We just moved our mom into the Assisted Living residence. We’ve only been working with NHC CS for about a week and mom has been there just a few nights. But out of the gate our experience has been wonderful. Everyone is so kind and helpful. The staff are knowledgeable and relaxed and so easy to work with. Our mom’s apartment is spacious and has a lot of natural light. And so far, she’s happy with the food….which is a biggie for her!

My wife of almost 53 years fell and fractured her hip. With multiple problems, she was unable to recover. The entire staff at NHC Place was exceptional in her care and coordinating information and providing a plan for her attempted recovery. Alzheimer’s is never a welcomed disease. Thank you NHC for making her stay a reverent experience.
