My father is closing in on his one year anniversary of residing at The Peaks at Old Laramie Trail. We moved him here from another senior living facility in Western Colorado because of the great travel distance between us. From the beginning (and tours of many other facilities), The Peaks shined! The entire staff is welcoming, gracious and helpful with the transition process, to move in, and adjusting to a new home and community. The residents were welcoming as well. Over the course of the year, they continue to welcome family, be supportive, available to address any concerns or questions we have. The Peaks staff genuinely cares about their residents. They continue to strive at doing better and honestly, they are SO GOOD at what they do, I find it hard to believe they can top themselves! We are so grateful to have found a home for Dad at The Peaks!

5/5 Stars

As someone who works closely with seniors and their families, I cannot say enough positive things about The Peaks at Olde Laramie Trail. They are truly superior to other assisted living and memory care communities in the area.

What sets them apart is their unmatched commitment to specialized care—they have dementia-certified their entire staff, not just the management team. This makes a massive difference in the daily lives of the residents.

The leadership team—including Tom (Executive Director), Judi (Business Office), and Alexis (Marketing)—has built an absolutely amazing culture. You can feel it the moment you walk in. They boast incredible longevity among their line staff, and every single person you encounter is warm and friendly. My clients and their family members are always thrilled with the care they receive here. I highly recommend The Peaks!

Front Receptionist was extremely rude here for no reason when I visited; I wouldn't trust these people to take care of a small animal for me, let alone a senior relative who would require a high amount of attention and care. Seems like an absolute garbage facility based on the attitudes of the recptionist(s).

My mom joined as a memory care resident at The Peaks at Old Laramie Trail community nearly two years ago, after being diagnosed with dementia. From the very beginning, the care she received was truly amazing. The entire staff—from the Community Director, Tom, to the Memory Care Director, Hilda, and the many dedicated caregivers—treated my mom with compassion, dignity, and genuine love.
The relationships my mom formed, and that our entire family formed, will be forever cherished. Communication with the staff was outstanding, and the activities were abundant and thoughtfully planned. My mom especially enjoyed the music, BBQs, exercise classes, and church services, all of which brought her joy and a sense of routine.
Most importantly, she grew to love certain caregivers—Fatma, Gita, Maria, Crystal, Deedee, Monika, Jonathan, Esme, Tenzen, Pal, Leslie, Jessica, Jennifer, and others. They became her family—the familiar, comforting faces that brought her peace and reassurance every day.
When the time came, management compassionately helped coordinate hospice care and even provided a place for my father to stay with her during her final days. That kindness meant more to our family than words can express.
Overall, I would highly recommend The Peaks at Old Laramie Trail. Our family will be forever grateful for the kindness, care, and unwavering attention they gave my mother each and every day.
