5 Stars goes to Lisa Larko my Home Instead scheduler. I guess it has taken me like 70 years, but I have finally found good schedulers to work with in a company that Im working at. Wow, these two girls that I work with at Home Instead, right now Lisa Jarko and Amanda Smith. “They are the bomb.”<br>They are “The bees knees and aim to please” our TEAM. Like us doing the hours… lol<br>Not only do these girls have to try and please ME, my schedule but they are trying to please my CLIENT’s and juggling a lot of things, managing things at work, wait! How many employees are there? How many clients?, oh and they have to go home sometime? Right? Or do they… that is my question… lol. I mean seriously the way they make something work is like magic anyways they’re great at what they do and they’re pretty great to have around so one of the put a shout out in five stars to all of them Lisa Amber Home Instead thank you from Amy Jager.<br><br>I call the office line finding myself hoping that one of you pick up the phone. You are so kind, you listen and you are understanding. Thanks for all that you do for me and for the company. You always made me feel like I should want to fill that shift. You had that charge it! I wanted to take a moment and thank you as well as the entire team and caregivers with Home Instead. It was comforting knowing that I had help after my knee surgery. As a previous caregiver for Home Instead, it was a humbling experience to be the one receiving the care.<br><br>Each caregiver brought her unique personality and talents to the job. Having the support helped my mental health immensely.

Great company with an absolutely wonderful and caring in-home support team. They are always there promptly, with a smile on their face, and ready to help. From assisting with showering, changing bed sheets and cooking meals, to simply providing thoughtful and engaging conversation - these people as truely angles. HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you need assistance with your loved one!!

Working for Home Instead has been such a remarkable experience. I get to have lots of flexibility in scheduling which has been a bonus as someone who has a lot of side projects they like to do. The office is a super supportive team and they truly care for your well-being in a job that has a high risk of being draining. To be able to assist aging members of our community in the way that we do at Home Instead is a super rewarding thing to experience and that has made this my favorite job that I've ever had.
