Came to visit got detained for no apparent reason. I was told that there was a restriction on giving medical info on this person which I didn't ask for just wanted to visit. I asked this Nurse if she was denying me to visit she stated she couldn't make that call, so why did she harass me in this way? I immediately got upset to the point of leaving without visiting. I guess I won't see my friend of 50yrs again. Just terrible on this valentine's day weekend. Just wanted to spread a lot of love and receive for as long as we have.

The PT and OT therapist are good. The food is horrible and the day-to-day care is suspect.

Our family loves The Park in Plano. Our parents both lived there for 5-4 years each ten years or so apart. They loved it there because of kind, helpful people and great activities. The Park is a very clean place with great food! Another family member needed care very recently and I immediately thought of The Park. She has been there about a month and is pleasantly surprised at how she feels! She is cared for and enjoying her new friends, playing bingo and her quiet room to relax and read. The staff are good to her, which is critical for us. I can recommend The Park without hesitation or reservation.

I love the team at The Park In Plano. Katherine has been instrumental in helping veterans utilize their VA benefits. Alex has all the resources and emotional sensitivity to be the strongest patient advocate. Doneisha , Tonya V, (to name a few) and all the nurses at the park have so much compassion for their patients. Jason leads with integrity and is always walking the building helping patients and residents. This building may be an older building but it has one of the strongest care teams in North Dallas. Thankful to partner with The Park in Plano

The Park in Plano really cares! The more I get to know the staff and residents, the more I can tell this to be true. With a fantastic rehab program, that keeps folks coming back, to the home-like enviornment for the long term care residents, I would feel confident to bring any of my loved ones here!
