My grandmother had an accident where she can’t move or talk, she was sent back to the hospital because they weren’t attending to her how they should, they would leave her sitting in her💩for only god knows how long, they wouldn’t clean out her trac tube as much as it should be, the rooms are very very hot on summer days and overly cold on winter days, we even took a fan up there on a hot day for my grandmother and someone took it the sameeee day!!!! When we asked about it no one went room to room to see who took it they didn’t make a report or anything, so someone can just come in my grandmothers room while she can’t talk or move and just do anything they want? Any nothing happens about it? Why isn’t there staff watching these rooms anyways… the staff is rude and DONT CARE!!! Why work in health care just to treat patients horribly! In some facilities atleast half the staff care but no one!??? Not even 5 staff!? They have some of the worst staff literally. I feel as though this place should be shut down completely or they need a whole new staff bc it’s so saddddd how our loved ones aren’t getting the help or care they NEED!!! Even though it’s illegal I was ready to put a camera in her room just to see because if they treat your love ones bad in your face it’s going to be 10x worse when your not there!!!! Don’t trust them bro. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWNNN IMMEDIATELY!!! Someone please tell me how I can get some out here to shut this place down it’s honestly heartbreaking.

Received a compliment from a prior resident that is now returning to Orchards Northwest D. Whitlock, for additional therapy, states we are the only facility that has nursed him back to health, states we have some of the best nurses ever. and he would highly recommend this facility.

All the staff are very respectful, kind, caring and understanding. Even though the building is outdated, all the resident are well took care of. Most of all Deoplis is very respectful and has a great team on his side to make sure everyone has a great experience at the orchards.

As a nurse recently breaking into the role of infection control. I was highly impressed with the facility’s commitment to maintaining a safe and sanitary environment. Hand hygiene stations were easily accessible, staff consistently followed proper PPE protocols, and high-touch areas were visibly cleaned throughout the day. The infection prevention practices were clearly part of their culture—not just a policy on paper. It’s reassuring to see a team that prioritizes resident safety through education, compliance, and teamwork. Their proactive approach to vaccination and isolation procedures shows strong IDT teamwork and accountability. They have done an Excellent job maintaining both patient care quality and infection prevention standards!
