We are very attentive to supporting the activities of daily living necessary for maintaining dignity, self respect and quality of life. We specialize in caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, Dementia and other serious health-related conditions. We’re here, having sufficient staff available 24 hours a day to provide that assistance.
We take advocating for the most effective treatment for our clients seriously. We do this by centralizing and sharing the care information with all of a new resident’s doctors and other care providers so that they are all on the same page, reducing duplication and conflict of ordered treatments and medications.
We provide care geared specifically toward the special needs unique to residents with memory impairment. We place emphasis on the social and personal needs required for the activities of daily living, health care, quality of life and aging with dignity.
Assistance with shower or sponge baths, which can include getting in and out of the shower.
Assistance with dressing and undressing, including problematic yet needed braces, artificial limbs, and fasteners.
Our direct care staff monitors eating difficulties, and will assist our residents as necessary. We always encourage independence as much as possible.
Assistance is always available to maintain good grooming such as combing hair, brushing teeth, and proper care of nails and skin. We have a beautiful in-house salon as well.
The inability to control bowel and/or bladder functions often occurs as we age. Our direct care staff will assist our residents to maintain personal hygiene and dignity in this circumstance, including changing absorbent protection products.
We will provide any needed assistance to our residents in any and all bathroom usage.
We are always available to assist our residents as they move in and out of bed, wheelchair and/or chairs.
Our care team works in partnership with a professional hospice agency of your choice—ensuring compassionate 24 hour care. The Meadows at Country Place care team is trained and has years of experience working with residents receiving Palliative or Hospice care.
We provide peace of mind for family caregivers of elderly relatives in need of respite care services. I’ve been living in this complex for about a decade. I have nothing but good experiences to talk about from the maintenance team to the property management. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to rent a place to live.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible care our loved ones receive at this facility. The entire staff go above and beyond to make our loved ones comfortable. They provide such compassionate, attentive, and professional care. They treat our loved ones with respect and dignity, ensuring their comfort every step of the way. The facility is always spotlessly clean, and we are constantly informed of their well-being. They have engaging activity’s such as music and games that our loved ones enjoys. There genuine kindness have made it feel like a home away from home. I wholeheartedly recommend this facility to any family looking for a wonderful caring environment for their loved one.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about The Meadows at Country Place. After a heartbreaking experience at a facility that lacked proper memory care training, we were incredibly fortunate to find this community. My parents have now been here for three years, and we are constantly amazed at the level of care, compassion, patience and professionalism shown by every staff member. The caregivers are well-trained and genuinely kind, and it shows in how safe, happy, and thriving my parents are. The activities and entertainment are thoughtful and fun, and the long-term staff retention says everything about how this place is run. Our doctor once called Ranji and her team “dementia whisperers”—and he was absolutely right. The Meadows is a rare gem and we are grateful for them everyday!

My wonderful mom is 92 years old and has Alzheimer’s. She has been a resident at The Meadows at Country Place for six years and has received excellent and compassionate care throughout those six years. As her condition has shifted and worsened, the care has adjusted and continued at the same high level. The owner, Rangi Giner, an active and on-site owner, treats her employees and all residents like family. And I’ve observed nothing but respect, kindness and patience for my mom and the other residents in all my visits throughout the years. There is very little staff turnover. So it’s been easy to develop relationships with those caring for Mom. And it’s easy to see how consistency in staffing has translated into consistency of care. I have felt like Rangi and her staff have not just been looking out for Mom’s welfare, but mine, too, during these challenging six years. They do the basics well. They keep the place very clean. They get the residents up and groomed, out and about, and moving. They provide good, basic and well-balanced meals. There is music and activities. And they keep me informed with any changes in Mom’s behavior and health. They do the intangibles well. They treat each resident as an important individual, so they adjust care and food and schedule, etc, based on each resident’s needs. The staff always have smiles on their faces -- always. They have cheerful voices. There is kindness in the air. And it’s pretty remarkable that it has been consistent for six years. The staff works together, helping each other, so things don’t fall through the cracks. Perfect? No. There is no perfect. Just compassionate people working hard and doing their best. I feel very fortunate that I chose The Meadows for my mom’s care and well-being. It’s a special place.
