Three stars because this property is in transition, and I don’t know how it will end up. It used to be a 24-bed assisted-living facility for seniors before staffing challenges forced the organization to close its doors earlier 2022 and it was recently just leased by the Boulder Shelter for the Homeless. Per the Daily Camera, September 11, 2022., “While nothing is set in stone, the Boulder Shelter’s Interim Executive Director Spencer Downing said the space could potentially be used to provide housing for senior-age women or as office space for case managers who work in housing services. The one-year lease option agreement announced Friday gives the shelter flexibility by allowing it to rent the space for a nominal fee while shelter staff and officials think about how to best use the space. Shelter leaders hope to share more definite plans by March.”
