Top level care from an excellent staff will create a healthy and safe environment for your loved one. Be sure to prepare mentally and physically for the adjustment to supervised care.

This is for Rehab: Nice looking facility, most of staff SEEM pleasant & express desire to be helpful - BUT they are apparently seriously Under-staffed, thus actually Getting Things Taken Care Of is decidedly hit & miss. Perhaps due to under-staffing, some personnel have very little patience for explanations - from either side of a conversation. It is also very difficult to reach anyone 'on the floor,' with calls being answered only after Long ring times or not at all. ('Manor' receptionist proved particularly rude.) Deducting one star for communication difficulties, as that is an important consideration with elderly patients. Mind you: I cannot say that there is a Better place for 'rehab': everyone is understaffed / overworked these days, and certainly some of the Glacier Hills personnel have been polite & professional.
