Caring for a parent with dementia is incredibly difficult, and finding the right memory care for your loved one is beyond overwhelming —until I connected with Jamie, the Administrator at the Loft at Linn. I first spoke with her last August, before my mom was even a resident. Even without availability, she encouraged me to join the waitlist and I am so glad that I did! When my mom moved in this March, the experience exceeded expectations. Within weeks, they had evaluated her and coordinated PT and OT. The team is responsive, accommodating, and truly caring—even helping arrange a last-minute Easter lunch with my mom and family. What stands out most is the culture Jamie has created. She leads by example, and the staff reflect that same empathy and responsiveness every day. I’m incredibly grateful for the support my family has received. This is a truly exceptional memory care community.
