I love having merissa, she’s very easy to get along with. Will do anything I ask her to do and she does not complain when she does it. We love to cook and eat together. She’s very helpful I don’t know what I’d do without her. I hope she stays with me until I’m strong again to be independent.

My mother and I are exceptionally pleased with the services and care from Home Instead. My Moms caregiver Barbara is kind, exceptionally reliable, helpful and very attentive to my Moms needs. I live out of state and come down regularly to help out. I can count on Barbara to have helped out around the house during her visits. She also takes her to appointments as needed which is very helpful. I am a geriatrician so I am quite familiar with good care for the elderly. My Mom receives this from Barbara and Home Instead. I have recommended them to many people!!

Home instead has been a blessing to me in caring for my wife. They not only came in with the knowledge of what I needed but also the caring human touch. Jackie the director of nursing really is a very kind person, that gets to know and understand her clientele. She takes a personal interest in ensuring the best for all involved. Two of her nurses come to my house weekly and I can’t say enough about them. Maria and Christla have been outstanding. Both of them are truly wonderful caring people. It’s obvious to me that they are developing a relationship with my wife. The smiles and laughter they bring go beyond what’s required. The day I made that phone call and spoke with Jackie I was at the point that I didn’t think I could care for my wife any longer. Home instead has shown me that (with their help), I still can.

Joyce Ferguson is my care giver, she comes twice a week. Joyce is very punctual, takes me to physical therapy, pharmacy and grocery store, and laundry, also put a grab bar in her car for me for safety. Joyce does a wonderful job taking care of my needs. Joyce prepares my breakfast just the way I love it. Joyce also goes out of her way to make my favorite Indian dishes with my cookbook and they are delicious. Joyce goes out of her way to make sure I do my PT excercise. Joyce is also helping me with my gardening on my balcony. Joyce never missed a day with logging in my journal. She is wonderful company!
