Linn Nursing and Rehab is truly an amazing place! The staff, nurses, CNA's and others are amazing and treat the residents as their own family! The in house Providers, PT/OT/Speech/Food and Nutrition and Social Work are outstanding! Office staff are always kind and so helpful. Administration truly cares about the residents and their families. I have been exceptionally pleased with the facility!

My husband went into Linn in January and came out in May. He then had to go back in August. There was no discussion needed as to where he was going to go the second time as we knew we both wanted Linn. The staff there is amazing. the CNA's ( especially Claudine, Adeline, Wuana and Jenny} who worked with him most of the time treated him with such love and care. The nurses Lynette and Nancy as well as the others were also so attentive to any concerns I may have and reacted very quickly and with compassion. The facility is immaculate and the rooms are beautiful are spacious and beautiful. The PT/rehab I cannot say enough about. They truly treated my husband like family and I cannot thank them enough for their care. Susan and William Chace

My mother stayed at Linn Health Care for 2 weeks after being in the hospital. The care they gave her was exceptional. The careplan was followed to a tee and with Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy and the close attention from the nurses and CNA's, my mother was up and moving better within 2 weeks. My mom raved about the delicious food too!! When leaving, the social worker helped us navigate home care assistance and what she would need to get back to normal life. I highly recommend this nursing home for short term rehab or a long term stay!

My husband had been at Linn for the past six months. It has been an incredibly difficult time with Covid restrictions. The activities department has made sure my husband and I could have FaceTime meetings while there was no visitation allowed. I have always felt the staff truly knew him and cared about him as a person. Many people have reached out to me during this time. Social services, nursing CNA's, PT and administration all have been wonderful and gone above and beyond what is required of them. I thank God my husband is in such a wonderful place!

I am so very grateful that my dad is a long-term resident at Linn Health Care Center. The staff there is friendly and always takes the time to talk with you about your loved one even when they are incredibly busy. Especially during this pandemic, they have gone the extra mile (TEN miles) to make sure we can stay connected to loved ones. My dad had a wonderful holiday season full of surprises and care and love! Jan the activities director gave me holiday memories with my dad that I would not have had otherwise. If my dad cannot be home with us, I am so happy that he can be at Linn receiving top notch care and attention to detail. All staff are accessible and respond very timely to emails and phone calls.
