I am writing a review for the lodge at Marlton to commend both Melinda the new property manager and Mr. Larry the maintenance supervisor. I am the caregiver for my brother who resides here and I can say since the two of them have been here the facility has improved greatly. The customer service is outstanding. Ms. Melinda is readily accessible, professional, and responsive in a timely fashion. Mr. Larry is equally attentive to maintenance matters. I appreciate them both I’m seriously , considering living here as well. The are an excellent representation for the community.

Today my experience with Ms Anna l must say was over the top right from the beginning she made me feel just so comfortable and relaxed, I just wanted to move in ASAP. As l explained to Ms Anna majority of the apartments I visited were turnoffs just with the interaction with the office staff and most importantly Ms Anna is just so knowledgeable and so pleasant. I just wanted to express my visit with The Lodge at Marlton and thank you for giving me a platform to express myself

I have visited this property a few times and I can say that this is by far one of the most beautiful senior buildings I have ever seen! The staff, Anna as well as Raven have been nothing but a HUGE help and were very informative. The building itself is very gorgeous. I saw the reviews and was very hesitant on calling to request information, but after seeing the staff as well as the building in person, I have absolutely NO complaints whatsoever! a beautiful place to settle down and retire in.

My name is Sharon Steadman. I am a resident at The Lodge at Marlton. I lived there since August 2016. I am very proud to say that the staff along with the upkeep of the community have been phenomenal. The staff goes above and beyond to respond to any/all requests within a timely and professional manner! Ms Anna Watkins, Community Manager, and her staff are very attentive to the needs of the residents and always greet us the willingness to assist in any way they can. My grandmother has been a resident for 3 years and I really appreciate the staff for always making sure that she remains in a comfortable and safe environment. The family and I had some reservations at first but after visiting several properties in the area we narrowed down to 2 and were very happy with our choice. Because of covid protocol the staff had to suspend the many enjoyable activities my grandmother previously participated in and she looks forward to the new guidelines for resuming those activities. Thanks again to the staff.
