Had Sunday brunch with family. Picked up a mimosa as we entered the dining room - they were lined up on the bar. We were seated right away and the wait staff came right away to take our order. Brunch menu is limited - tried the blueberry pancakes which were tough - might have been sitting for a bit. The lox and bagel entree was sizeable and satisfying. The dining room had a steady flow of guests. The staff was hustling. Since they record the order manually, perhaps a tablet system would be more efficient and can reduce order taking errors. Something management should consider especially due to the prestige of this facility. Overall a pleasant visit at The Palace.
