Deeply regret sending mom back 3 yrs later (2026) with a broken back. Not ONCE did they put her back brace on and I called to ask. They do not answer the call buttons and mom fell twice without her brace on. They eventually found her on the bathroom floor because her neighbor heard her calling for help for 15 min. Was out of town so I hired a private nurse and had someone go get her out after the 2nd fall. My mom actually said she rather die at home than stay one more day. Forget about the missing clothes. Run. Don’t look back

I have to agree with reviewer Marc. Looks are very deceiving. The staff is friendly and polite as they tell you repeatedly your problem is not their job and is handled by someone else. Where is that person? Not here today! They walk out of my mom's room in mid-sentence as she is asking for assistance. They help her to the bathroom, say they'll be right back, then never re-appear. Call lights flash outside rooms and no one comes. Patients moan out loud "someone please help me!", and no one comes. Patients who cannot move in wheelchairs are left to fend for themselves. No one comes to take patients to lunch or dinner. Or to return them to their rooms. Very poor organization and support system. The lack of communication between staff and especially the physical therapist is astounding. No one knows when he supposed to be here or attend to the patient's needs. He has a huge attitude and believes he sits on top of the PT world. We went to see him to find out when mom would get PT. He can't share scheduling information, says to talk to someone else (who's not in today), talks to you like an elementary school student and told us we're not even supposed to be in the therapy room and to get out! Very rude. Felt like we should bow as we left. If you have options, explore them first. Come here as a last resort. You can do a lot better.

My mom was in 2 east for rehabilitation for over 1 months. Facility is very clean. Staff is very helpful. Social worker Maylin and dietitian are great. Meal services personal are great. They always look out for the residents to ensure they enjoy their meals. They washed her clothing and never misplaced any of it.

Looks are deceiving. Looks beautiful on the outside, but what's on the inside is abusive and neglectful. My 94 year old grandmother spent the worst 7 weeks of her life there. Once we got her out, she is thriving. She calls it the dungeon. Giving her medication to basically comatose her. Left her completely nude with the door wide open and 3 year old children running around unsupervised. I wouldn't send my worst enemy there.
